We cut backstage and we see an angry Drew McIntyre. Rhea Ripley walks up to Drew, shrugs and gives him an “I told you so” look and walks away.

NXT North American Championship
Dominik Mysterio (c) w/Rhea Ripley vs. Nathan FrazerNow it’s time for our first of three title bouts here at night two of WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, as “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day puts his NXT North American Championship on-the-line against Hard-Hitting Truths’ Nathan Frazer.
Nathan Frazer’s theme hits and out he comes as the commentators talk about him brawling backstage with Dom-Dom at recent Raw and NXT shows. He settles in the ring and his theme music dies down.
The theme for Dominik Mysterio hits and the CWC crowd begins booing like crazy. “Dirty” Dom emerges with his NXT North American Championship and Rhea Ripley by his side. He is handcuffed and dressed for Halloween like a prisoner.
Ripley lets him out of his handcuffs and they head to the ring together for our next match of the evening. The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. Dom-Dom enjoys the early offensive lead, but Frazer takes over as we head into a mid-match commercial break.
When we return, we see Frazer controlling the action, but a distraction from “Mami” helps Dom-Dom settle back into the offensive lead. Dom goes for the Three Amigos, but on the third one, Frazer counters with a brainbuster. Dom takes back over, however, and lays Frazer out.
Dom heads to the top-rope but Frazer springs to life and leaps up to the top-rope where he connects with a super-plex. He follows that up with a twist-and-a-turn on Dom for a close near fall attempt. We see Dom miss a drop kick but it sends Frazer into the ropes for the 6-1-9 position.
Frazer pops back up before Dom can do anything and knocks him senseless with a huge super kick. He heads to the top-rope backwards. but Dom pushes him off the top and he crashes and burns on the commentary desk. Dom throws him back in the ring and heads to the top-rope, where he connects with a frog splash for the pin fall victory to retain.
Winner and STILL NXT North American Champion: Dominik Mysterio
After the match, as Dom is celebrating the win with Ripley in the ring, out of nowhere we see Wes Lee make his NXT TV return, attacking Dom from behind. He sends Dom and Ripley running off. He picks up the NXT North American title still in the ring and says it’s his belt.
“THIS IS MY BRUTALITY!”
Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley makes her way to the ring alongside NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh. Ripley welcomes everyone to Monday Night Raw, the show that the Judgment Day runs. They have proved it every week. It’s not just a saying. They’ve taken care of every single Superstar that has stood in their way. Last week, Damian Priest absolutely shattered Cody Rhodes’s ankle. That’s just the beginning. Tonight, her “Dirty” Dom, her Latino Heat, is going to put down Ricochet and remind him not to disrespect the Judgment Day. Then we have JD McDonagh, who is going to remind Seth “Freakin” Rollins exactly what it feels like to be an enemy of the Judgment Day.
As for Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre, they’ve got some decisions to make. Whichever one decides to make the right deal with the Judgment Day will determine who is walking out of Crown Jewel as a loser like the rest of the people or the World Heavyweight Champion. Speaking of Crown Jewel, she’ll be stepping into the ring with four of the baddest women in WWE. For her, that’s just another opportunity to prove to everyone who is the most dominant woman in the WWE. She’ll prove why Mami is always on top.
Sami Zayn’s music hits to interrupt the Eradicator of the Judgment Day. A loud “Sami” chant picks up. Zayn says he knows he wasn’t invited out here, but he’s sick of hearing her talk about the power of the Judgment Day and how they have all the championships. He’s tired of hearing about how the Judgment Day runs Monday Night Raw. Zayn is going to tell her something about him as if they don’t know from fighting him for the last six months. Zayn’s entire career has seen him fight people who think like the Judgment Day and think all that matters is power. They think they can do whatever they want in the name of power. If that’s the name of their game, that’s fine. They need to understand that his game is rebellion and resistance. It doesn’t matter if he has to fight them all by himself, as long as there is a breath of air in his body, he will fight! Zayn is FIRED UP. Another “Sami” chant picks up. Zayn will fight the Judgment Day and everything they stand for until the Judgment Day is no more.
Ripley cackles into the microphone. She says it’s hilarious that he can resist all he wants… it doesn’t matter. They don’t need the numbers when it comes to him. If management says it’s okay, he can go one-on-one against Damian Priest. Mysterio starts to talk, but the crowd viciously boos him. Mysterio says they should teach Zayn a lesson right now.
The three square off against Zayn, but Ricochet runs down to help out. Ripley backs Mysterio and McDonagh off. The Judgment Day leaves the ring without incident. McDonagh charges Ricochet, but Ricochet easily sends him over the top rope. Mysterio goes for a cheap shot, but he falls to his rear end when Ricochet turns on him.

Rhea Ripley shouts to Mysterio from ringside. Ricochet sends him into the ropes, but Mysterio holds on. Mysterio drops Ricochet on the apron and blocks a kick before pulling him crotch-first into the middle rope. Mysterio then kicks Ricochet off the apron to the floor.
Mysterio goes outside and drives Ricochet sternum-first into the commentary table. Mami is happy. Mysterio gets Ricochet in the ring and shoulders him in the corner. Mysterio whips Ricochet hard sternum-first into the turnbuckles. Mysterio stomps him down in the corner and taunts the crowd. Mysterio gets him to his feet and whips him hard into the opposite corner. Mysterio goes for another whip, but Ricochet twists to the apron before kicking him in the face. Ricochet comes off the ropes, but he lands on his feet when Mysterio moves. Ricochet hits a backflip dropkick and an enzuigiri. Ricochet follows up with a northern lights suplex before floating over into a suplex. Ricochet hits a standing shooting star press for a near fall. Mysterio rolls out of the ring to recover. Mysterio gets up, and Ricochet immediately wipes him out with a suicide dive!
-Commercial Break-
We come back from the break to see Mysterio applying a rear chin lock to Ricochet. Ricochet fights up and elbows out. Mysterio quickly cuts him off with a kick to the midsection and starts up the Three Amigos. One amigo… two amigos… three amigos! Mysterio hits a catapult into the second rope and signals for a 619. Ricochet ducks a 619 and connects with a handspring back elbow.
Both men are down. Ricochet gets to his feet and punches away at Mysterio. Mysterio reverses a whip, but Ricochet catches him with a hurricanrana into the corner. Ricochet hits a running shoulder before heading to the top rope for a diving cross-body block. Ricochet follows up with a springboard moonsault off the middle rope for a near fall. Ricochet lifts Mysterio, but Mysterio rakes the eyes. Mysterio connects with a blockbuster and heads to the top rope. Mysterio lands on his feet when Ricochet moves. Ricochet then takes him down with a superkick. Ricochet pulls Mysterio into position and climbs to the top rope. Ripley gets on the apron to distract the referee. McDonagh goes for a cheap shot, but Ricochet jumps at him, landing on the apron. Mysterio pulls Ricochet into the ring with a roll-up and gets his feet on the ropes for the win.
Winner by Pinfall: “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio
An irate Ricochet superkicks JD McDonagh out of the ring and hits Mysterio with the Recoil. Ricochet goes to the top rope, but Ripley pulls Mysterio out of the way. The Judgment Day heads up the ramp.
Backstage in The Judgment Day Locker Room
Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Finn Bálor and Damian Priest are backstage. The New Day comes in dressed as the New Judgment Day. They’re not happy that Balor and Priest don’t have candy for them. They bump into Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh on the way out.
Bálor says he was happy Mysterio won his match, but what happened after was not good. Mysterio says that Ricochet will pay for what he did. Damian Priest says that never would have happened if the entire Judgment Day was out there. Ripley says they have other business to attend to. Priest says there is a lot going on this week. He’ll beat Cody Rhodes at WWE Crown Jewel. Then maybe he’ll cash in on Seth “Freakin” Rollins, Drew McIntyre, Roman Reigns, or even LA Knight. Still, they’re supposed to be equals, and he is not happy that she made a match for him against Sami Zayn. Ripley said she only did that because he is the Punishment of the Judgment Day. Priest says this night isn’t about him but rather the Judgment Day because they run this place.
Priest is glad Rhodes is out here because he would have found him at some point. Priest is also happy that he brought up the Bloodline. There is a lot of talk about Rhodes’s story. People involved in his story sent Jimmy Uso out there last week. The story has to be that Rhodes has failed. Rhodes takes his tie off and asks him to put that theory to the test right now. Priest asks if they will pretend he doesn’t already have a match against Jey Uso. They do have a big event coming up. Maybe it’s Cody Rhodes versus Damian Priest at Crown Jewel? Rhodes quickly says, “I accept… but what do we do now?” They’re standing there, and he’s in the ring. They can give everyone a preview of Crown Jewel right now. Priest says he likes that idea…
Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley and NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio start to make their way down to the ring. “Main Event” Jey Uso runs down and attacks Mysterio from behind. Rhodes and Priest begin to brawl in the ring. Rhodes knocks Priest out of the ring and bounces him off the commentary table a few times. Rhodes clears the table off. All of a sudden, JD McDonagh chop blocks Rhodes from behind. Priest and McDonagh double-team Rhodes at ringside. They get some chairs out from under the ring. McDonagh puts Rhodes’s ankle into a chair, and Priest smashes a chair into it, seemingly breaking Rhodes’s ankle! Raw General Manager Adam Pearce runs down to ringside with other WWE officials to break this up. Priest and McDonagh walk off to loud boos.
Backstage Segment
World Heavyweight Champion Seth “Freakin” Rollins is walking backstage when he bumps into Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Rollins mentions that he doesn’t see her crew, so he knows he’s not going to get jumped by them. Ripley acknowledges the history between Rollins and the Judgment Day. She says they always respected him. They tried to take the title off him, but they couldn’t. Still, the way Rollins has been going lately with his fragile back, he needs an insurance policy.
Rollins thinks Ripley has lost faith in Damian Priest. Maybe she doesn’t think Priest can take the title off him. That’s why she’s wheeling and dealing with the Bloodline and Drew McIntyre. What could he want from her? Rollins looks at her and says, “Ew!”
Ripley says that Rollins needs her. Right now, he’s a World Champion, but he could be THE World Champion. As for the Bloodline, alliances can change. If they join forces, Priest can cash in on someone else. Then Judgment Day will have all the gold. Without them, he’ll never hold the title for as long as Roman Reigns has. 1,000 days is a long time. With his back so banged up, they can have Rollins’s back and make sure people acknowledge him.
Rollins removes his sunglasses and is deadly serious. He says he wants to make one thing clear: he doesn’t want to be anything like Roman Reigns. Ripley says that he didn’t say “no” and tells him to think about it before walking off.
There will be a Women’s World Championship Contract Signing next.
-Commercial Break-
Women’s World Championship Contract Signing
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce is in the center of the ring. Security is stationed at ringside. Pearce says there has been a lot of chaos in the Women’s Division, but they’ll settle things in the ring. Pearce wants to get this contract signed before things go to hell. To do that, he needs the competitors.Raquel Rodriguez, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Nia Jax individually come out to the ring. The other competitors sign the contract, but Nia Jax won’t. Pearce says Rhea Ripley is the cause of all the chaos, so he’ll get that signature lately. If Jax wants Ripley, all she has to do is sign the contract. Jax angrily signs the contract.
Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley comes out to the stage. Ripley says she has something to get off her chest. She can beat every single one of the women in the ring individually, but this is a conspiracy. Pearce is trying to set her up. The more Pearce tries to control her, the more she’ll make his life a living hell. He was smart to make this a Fatal 5-Way at Crown Jewel, but all that will happen is he’ll have four less women in the division at the end of it. None of these women will take the title from her, whether he likes it or not. She’ll prove that she’s the most dominant woman in WWE because Mami is always on top.
Nia Jax rips the microphone away from Pearce and sarcastically says Ripley is good. Ripley won’t get in the ring. Ripley wants Jax to squash all the other women for her. Baszler is smart enough to know what’s going on. Ripley wants Jax to squash Rodriguez and Stark for her. A “You Suck” chant picks up. Jax says Rodriguez is from Texas, so she’ll break it down for her. Jax talks to Rodriguez like she can’t comprehend what she’s saying.
Rodriguez punches Jax and tackles her to the corner. Ripley gets off the apron and is smiling at the chaos. Security runs into the ring and backs them all up. Rodriguez sends one of the guards out of the ring. Jax does the same. A brawl breaks out with Jax, Stark, Rodriguez, and Baszler. Ripley is laughing heartily at ringside. It’s down to Jax and Rodriguez. Ripley shouts, “Fight! Fight!” Jax and Rodriguez exchange punches. Security runs back in and separates them. The crowd boos. The crowd chants, “Let them fight!” Jax and Rodriguez wipe out the security guards. They brawl before Jax lifts Rodriguez and crushes her with a Samoan Drop! Jax then stares at Ripley, who smiles, waves and blows a kiss at her.
Backstage Segment
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce is walking backstage when he’s interrupted by The Miz. Miz says it’s been weeks since he has had anything worthy of his attention on Raw. Miz goes over his entire list of accolades. Miz says that Nick Aldis would appreciate him. All of a sudden, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley storms up to Pearce and signs the contract. Miz looks confused. Ripley says she’s keeping Pearce’s pen and walks off.
Miz wonders where the camera is going as it follows Ripley. Ripley sees “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio backstage. He asks if she saw what happened. She says she did, and she checks on his “gorgeous” face. They walk off to get Mysterio some ice.
Sami Zayn vs. Drew McIntyre
As the match goes on between Zayn and McIntyre, all of a sudden, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley walks out to the stage. Zayn rolls up a distracted McIntyre with an inside cradle for a near fall. Zayn hits an exploder suplex into the corner and sets up for the Helluva Kick. Ripley gets on the apron and distracts Zayn. Zayn tries to ignore her and charges, but McIntyre connects with a Claymore Kick for the win.
Drew McIntyre poses for the crowd before leaving the ring and ignoring Rhea Ripley as he walks by her. She smiles.
In another segment, McKenzie is interviewing Dom Mysterio, mentioning Nathan Frazer. Dom admits he didn’t know much about Frazer until their confrontation last night. Frazer suddenly appears and attacks Dom. Their brawl spills into the hallway and eventually into the ring.
Dom manages to send Frazer into the ring, but Frazer counters with a double-leg takedown and punches. Frazer follows up with a dragon whip and a swinging neckbreaker. He climbs the turnbuckle, but Rhea Ripley pulls Dom out of the ring just as Frazer attempts a Phoenix Splash. Frazer lands on his feet.
The Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship is on the line. Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso will defend the titles against Finn Bálor and Damian Priest of the Judgment Day. Gunther will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against “Big” Bronson Reed. We’ll also see Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley face Shayna Baszler in a non-title match. Shinsuke Nakamura will also face Ricochet in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
Sami Zayn makes his way to the ring wearing a “KO” shirt. Replays are shown of Nick Aldis being named SmackDown General Manager this past Friday on SmackDown and announcing that Kevin Owens has been traded to SmackDown.
A “Sami” chant picks up. Zayn says, “Welcome to the season premiere of Monday Night Raw!” Zayn says it feels weird to be out here by himself. As most of them know by now, his tag team partner and brother, Kevin Owens, has been moved to SmackDown. Zayn has a lot of mixed emotions. He’s obviously sad that their partnership has come to an end this way, but he’s also excited for Owens. Kevin Owens is going to do huge things on SmackDown. Zayn is excited for himself. Zayn can now stand on his own two feet and show the world what he’s known about himself for years and years. Sami Zayn is a World Heavyweight Championship-caliber Superstar! A “Sami” chant fires up.
Zayn thanks the crowd for the chant. It makes him feel good. Zayn also has to address the elephant in the room, which is the reason Owens is not on Monday Night Raw anymore. It’s because of the arrival of Jey Uso. The crowd lightly boos. Nobody was happier than him that Jey came to the show, but he’s struggling with it now. Zayn is also struggling with the fact that he and Owens went through the highest of highs to main event WrestleMania. After all that work, it was taken away by the Judgment Day. Now, tonight, the Judgment Day are the ones getting the title opportunity. Zayn has no idea what’s next. The last year of his career has by far been the best year of his career. The reason that he reached the highs that he did is because of the people. The reason that…
The Judgment Day’s music hits to interrupt him. Finn Bálor, Damian Priest, Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley, and NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio make their way down the ramp. Bálor says nobody should be kicking off the Season Premiere of Monday Night Raw but the Judgment Day. Bálor laughs at the fact that Zayn is alone. Priest says it feels like they’ve had these thorns in their sides forever, but one has been removed. The only thing that would make them even happier is removing Zayn, removing the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Idiots, and Drew McIntyre. Priest starts to shout in Spanish, but Ripley stops him. Ripley says they’ll talk about that later. They’re focused on tonight. Mysterio says tonight Mami will tear Shayna Baszler apart and put the whole Women’s Division back on notice. The crowd loudly boos him. Ripley says that is correct. As for Bálor and Priest, they’re going to bring the Tag Team Championships back to the Judgment Day.
Before they do that, she happened to notice something about Zayn. He’s looking kind of lost. Back in the day, the Judgment Day would have recruited the lost, like they tried to do with Jey Uso. When it comes to Zayn they have a different plan. They want to get rid of Zayn permanently. The Judgment Day starts to circle the ring. Zayn prepares for a fight, but “Main Event” Jey Uso runs in with two steel chairs. Jey hands one to Zayn and prepares to fight off the Judgment Day. Bálor waves the troops off, and the Judgment Day slowly walks off. The crowd boos. Zayn looks a little uncertain as he eyes up Jey Uso and walks off on his own. Jey looks confused.
NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch is walking backstage. Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae walk up to her. Hartwell says she never lost the title. If Lynch is giving title shots to anyone, she should give one to the person who never lost the title. Lynch agrees and will talk to WWE Official Adam Pearce. Lynch turns and is facing Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Ripley looks at her and walks away.
Backstage, Judgment Day are chatting and Damian Priest wants to take Drew McIntyre out and show the world what they’re made of. Rhea rolls up, Damian asks what she’s been up to and she says she was taking a phone call and handling Judgment Day business.
She says she has Drew handled and they just need to focus on winning the tag titles back. Finn Balor asks if she’s focused on her match against Shayna Baszler, she says she is and tells Dominik Mysterio she doesn’t need him at ringside to defend her title and show everyone exactly who runs Monday Night Raw.
Back from commercial, Adam Pearce is on the phone making a deal with someone.
Rhea Ripley rolls up to demand he get the women’s division in order or she will. Pearce says she doesn’t get to roll up and make demands and if she wants to make a statement, she can defend against Nia, Zoey, Shayna, and Raquel in a five-way at Crown Jewel.
Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley makes her entrance. Replays are shown of Rhea Ripley attacking Raquel Rodriguez and Nia Jax during their match last week on Raw. Shayna Baszler then got in Ripley’s face and took her out with a snap German Suplex and a knee to her face.
Ripley says everyone wants a part of “Monday Night Mami.” Even Nia Jax came back to try to get rid of her, but it didn’t work. In her absence, the Women’s Division tried to prove how tough they were. She had Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez, and Shayna Baszler trying to prove they’re the baddest women in WWE, but the reality is this is her division. Mami will always be on top.
Shayna Baszler makes her entrance. This match is next.

“Wrestling has more than one royal family.”
One-half of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring to a huge reaction. The crowd loudly sings his song. Rhodes gets in the ring, and the crowd chants his name. Rhodes is not carrying the Tag Team Titles tonight. He looks fired up to be there. A “YEET” chant picks up. Rhodes shouts, “YEET!” Rhodes says, “So, NXT Universe, whattaya wanna talk about?” He’d be lying if he told you he thought he’d ever be standing in this particular ring. Now that he is, something feels right. It’s the Rhodes. It’s Florida. They’ve spilled blood all over this state. Rhodes does have an announcement to make. Actually… it’s announcements.
They’ve all been enjoying the Women’s Breakout Tournament. Who will be the next Tiffany Stratton? Who will be the next Rhea Ripley? At the end of that tournament, the men will also have a Breakout Tournament. Rhodes kept hearing about a certain Tag Team Tournament. A “Dusty” chant fires up. Rhodes says it sounds like they want that. The crowd cheers in the affirmative. That’s good because the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic is also coming back!
There’s one more announcement! On perhaps the biggest night in NXT history, Shawn Michaels made him the Special Guest General Manager of NXT!
NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov makes his way to the ring. The champion, who is celebrating a birthday, gets a “Happy birthday” chant. Dragunov apologizes for interrupting Rhodes, but he couldn’t pass the opportunity to welcome him to NXT. Rhodes’s announcements bring hope and excitement for the future of the brand. They breathe life into NXT. Dragunov also wanted to just meet Rhodes. Rhodes is a man who brings passion, energy, and the will to suffer for the entire WWE Universe. Rhodes is a man who fights with fire and pushes everything he does to the next level. Dragunov wants to do it like Rhodes. Dragunov promises to push this brand to the next level with a fire that only the Mat Dragon can blow.
NXT North American Champion “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio and Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley come out. Mysterio says the WWE Universe is here to see the greatest superstar this brand has to offer: Dominik Mysterio! A “You suck” chant picks up. Dragunov may be the NXT Champion, but he doesn’t compare to him, the one and only true AA Champion. If you want to feel Rhodes’s energy, why doesn’t he ask about the energy level when the Judgment Day leaves him lying? Dragunov says nobody wants to hear the sound of his voice. Dragunov’s father used to work in a prison, so he knows exactly how to turn a barking dog into a sweet little puppy.
Mysterio asks if he hurt “little Ilja.” Rhodes whispers in Dragunov’s ear. Mysterio challenges Dragunov to put his title on the line tonight to see if he’s half the man he says he is. Rhodes asks if Mysterio isn’t willing to put his North American Championship on the line. Ripley says Mysterio has been carrying WWE on his back for the whole year. He just won the NXT North American Championship again. Dragunov says this is a great day. He couldn’t imagine something better than beating Mysterio in the ring. He’s going to smash Ripley’s boy.
Rhodes says he is the Special Guest General Manager. That match for the NXT Championship is official! Here’s the problem. Knowing what he knows about the Judgment Day and the numbers game, this match needs a special guest referee. It’s not Rhodes. The special guest referee is the hottest star in WWE today, LA Knight! The crowd roars!
