Monday Night Raw Results & Media – September 6th, 2021

Sarah Schreiber stops Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H. backstage as they’re warming up. They talk about possibly getting on the same page tonight and possibly going on to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles but Ripley is hesitant. It sounds like Nikki wants their name to be Super Brutality. Ripley remains hesitant but Nikki is very excited as she heads off to the stage. It looks like tonight’s match is no longer for the titles.

Championship Contender’s Match: WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina Snuka vs. Rhea Ripley and Nikki A.S.H.

We go back to the ring and out first comes Nikki A.S.H. to the stage. Rhea Ripley joins her and they head to the ring as we go back to commercial.

Back from the break and we get a Pizza Hut-sponsored video on RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and her non-title loss to Nia Jax last week. Sarah Schreiber is backstage with Flair now. She goes on about how Jax will be forced to kiss the ground she walks on tonight as she retains the title. Long live The Queen, she says. Graves hypes Jax vs. Flair as we go back to the ring. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya and Tamina Snuka head to the ring for this Championship Contender’s bout.

The bell rings and Nikki starts off with Tamina. Tamina overpowers and toys around with Nikki. They lock up and Tamina quickly slams Nikki face-first into the mat. Tamina taunts Nikki some more. Tamina blocks a Monkey Flip from the corner and places Nikki on the top turnbuckle. Nikki fights back but Tamina goes for a Samoan Drop. Nikki fights free and prevents Tamina from dropping down on her. Nikki mounts some offense and tags in Ripley. Ripley tosses Nikki into Tamina’s arms, then ends up dropping her. Ripley unloads on Tamina now.

Tamina fights back and Tamina gets the upperhand. Natalya tags in and takes Tamina to the mat. Ripley ends up using Nikki again, swinging her legs at Natalya to take her down. Natalya rocks Nikki in the corner now but runs into an elbow. Nikki has words with Tamina, then rocks her on the apron. Natalya hits Nikki from behind. Natalya takes Nikki down and kicks her from behind. They go on and Tamina ends up dropping Ripley on the floor with a superkick as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and Nikki is fighting Tamina and Natalya off. Nikki kicks away the Sharpshooter attempt and makes the tag. Ripley unloads on Natalya and rocks her with a headbutt. Ripley screams out after knocking Tamina down. Ripley kicks Natalya and nails a Northern Lights suplex for a close 2 count. Nikki comes in off the top with a crossbody to Natalya but Tamina breaks the pin 8p. Ripley flies in with a dropkick to Tamina. Natalya with a German suplex to Ripley.

Nikki and Natalya tangle now. Natalya blocks a tornado DDT and hits a discus lariat. Natalya misses Ripley tagging in and goes for the Sharpshooter on Nikki. Ripley takes advantage and delivers Riptide to Natalya for the pin to get the win.

Winners and New #1 Contenders: Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley

After the match, Ripley and Nikki celebrate as the music hits.

Match One: Rhea Ripley vs. Shayna Baszler

The music interrupts while everyone is looking on. Rhea Ripley makes her way out for tonight’s opening match. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and Ripley has a mic. She introduces Nikki A.S.H. as the one who will be in her corner tonight. Out next comes Shayna Baszler with Nia Jax. Jax takes the mic and threatens to splatter Ripley and Nikki before the match is over, and then says she will do the same to RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair before the night is over. The bell rings and Ripley quickly attacks a distracted Baszler.

Baszler fights Ripley off and they trade holds now. Baszler take Ripley down and goes to stomp her arm but it’s locked. Baszler with a big kick to the face. Baszler with a big knee strike to the face to daze Ripley for a 1 count. Baszler works Ripley over to keep her down. Ripley tries to fight from her knees but Baszler beats her around. Ripley keeps swinging from the mat but Baszler continues to dominate. Baszler kicks Ripley in the head and traps her hand in the ring apron, then stomps and kicks her. Baszler poses on the edge of the apron as fans boo. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and Ripley tries to fight back into it but Baszler slams her by her arm and continues to dominate as Jax and Nikki look on. Baszler with some trash talking and taunting as fans boo. Baszler with a running kick to the face. Nikki tries to rally some for Ripley, who taunts and smiles form her knees. Ripley catches a kick, ducks a clothesline and nails one of her own.

Ripley drops Baszler again, then headbutts her to stun her. Ripley with a dropkick. Ripley with a Northern Lights suplex for 2. Baszler counters with a takedown. Baszler goes for an armbar but it’s blocked. Ripley gets her foot on the bottom rope to break the hold. More back and forth now. The Kirifuda Clutch is applied as they tangle. Jax destroys Nikki at ringside and delivers a big Samoan Drop into the barrier. Ripley and Baszler tangle on the mat and Ripley gets the pin to win.

Winner: Rhea Ripley

After the bell, fans boo as Jax immediately enters the ring and attacks Ripley. Jax drops Ripley with a Samoan Drop in the middle of the ring. Jax stands tall and yells out as her music starts up. Baszler sits up on the apron and looks on. We go to replays. Jax and Baszler head to the back, walking right past Nikki.

Triple Threat for the RAW Women’s Title: Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley vs. Nikki A.S.H.

We go back to the ring and out first comes RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. to a pop. Rhea Ripley is out next to another pop. Charlotte Flair is out next as the pyro goes off at the entrance. Rome does formal ring introductions.

They all face off and Flair shoves Nikki to the mat. They go at it now and Nikki dumps Ripley to the floor. Nikki mounts Flair in the corner and delivers a monkey flip. Ripley comes back in and goes for Nikki but Nikki rolls her for a 2 count. Flair attacks Nikki and sends her to the floor. Flair and Ripley go at it now. Ripley with shoulder thrusts in the corner. Flair fights but Ripley sends her to the apron. Nikki runs back in and uses Ripley to kick Flair off the apron. Ripley and Nikki go at it now. Flair runs right back in and levels Nikki and then attacks Ripley.

Flair and Ripley trade shots in the corner now. Nikki runs back in and attacks Flair but Flair decks her and slams her on top of Ripley. Flair goes to the top for a big moonsault but Ripley gets her knees up. Nikki ends up taking Ripley down and countering Flair. Flair sends Nikki out and levels Ripley with a big boot for a 2 count. Flair taunts Ripley and smacks her. Ripley smacks back and unloads with clotheslines. Flair ducks a slap but Ripley headbutts her to stun her. Ripley stops Nikki from getting on the apron, then hits a low dropkick to Flair for a pop.

Ripley kicks Flair and nails a Northern Lights suplex for a close 2 count. Ripley grabs Flair from behind but Flair elbows her away. Flair whips Ripley hard into the corner and she lands on the floor. Flair stops Ripley from entering from the apron. Nikki runs in but Flair blocks the monkey flip. Nikki keeps fighting and drops Flair with a tornado DDT for a close 2 count. Nikki dropkicks Ripley through the ropes to stop her from coming back in. Flair scoops Nikki for a slam but Ripley grabs them both from behind for a double stack German suplex for a pop. Ripley goes to the top for the missile dropkick to Flair and she hits it. Flair kicks out at 2.

Ripley is a bit frustrated now. Flair and Ripley unload on each other at ringside with strikes. Nikki flies at both of them from the top rope, taking them down with a crossbody. Nikki celebrates at ringside as we get a replay. Nikki brings Flair back in but here comes Ripley also. Ripley and Nikki with a double suplex to Flair, holding her high in the air. Flair turns that into a double DDT. Flair kips up for a big pop from the crowd.

Flair stalks Ripley on the mat. Flair with a big chop, then one to take Nikki back down. Flair chops Ripley and Nikki over and over now as the crowd “Wooo’s!” along with her. Flair avoids the double team and keeps fighting, sending Nikki to the floor. Flair then back-drops Ripley high in the air to the floor. Flair goes to the top and hits the corkscrew moonsault to the floor, taking both opponents down for a big pop from the crowd. Flair brings Ripley back in but Nikki holds her ankle, which allows Ripley to go to work on Flair. Nikki fights back in and covers Ripley for 2 after they take Flair out. Ripley with the inverted Cloverleaf submission to Nikki in the middle of the ring now. Flair runs n and breaks it. Ripley rocks Flair and drops her. Ripley stomps Flair and applies the same submission to her now. Flair breaks it and slams Ripley on her face.

Flair goes right into the Figure Four, then bridges into the Figure Eight on Ripley. Nikki flies in and breaks it up but lands bad and hurts her knee. Ripley screams in pain as Nikki goes to put Flair away. Ripley breaks it up just in time. Ripley goes for the Riptide on Nikki but Nikki counters into a DDT. Nikki limps to the top and goes for a crossbody but Flair dodges it. Flair applies the Figure Four to Nikki now in the middle of the ring. Flair bridges into the Figure Eight as Nikki reaches and screams out. Nikki taps out for the finish.

Winner and New RAW Women’s Champion: Charlotte Flair

After the match, Flair takes the title and sits up on her knees as the music hits and some fans cheer her on. Ripley sits against the barrier at ringside and looks on as Flair raises the title in the ring. Nikki clutches her knee while still down on the mat. We go to replays. Flair raises the title in the air to end the segment.

RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. vs. Rhea Ripley

We go back to the ring and out comes RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. for this non-title match. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and we see Olympic gold medalist basketball player Keldon Johnson at ringside. We see what happened to Riddle earlier tonight. Kevin Patrick stops Riddle backstage and he’s really sad about Randy Orton walking out on him. We go back to the ring and out comes Rhea Ripley for the next match. The music hits and out comes Charlotte Flair to join the announcers for commentary. The bell rings and Ripley slams Nikki on her face to start.

Nikki fights Ripley off but Ripley grabs her and tosses her across the ring. Nikki fights out of another hold and hits a big bulldog from the corner. Nikki mounts some offense and kicks Ripley away from the apron. Nikki with a crossbody from the apron to the floor, taking Ripley down. Nikki gets hyped up at ringside, raising her fist in the air while staring down Flair. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and they trade pin attempts. Ripley slams Nikki and hits a long vertical suplex for a close 2 count. Ripley beats Nikki around some more and applies a Bear Hug. Nikki fights out with elbows but Ripley tosses her to the mat. Ripley charges and misses, hitting the turnbuckles. More back and forth now. Nikki rolls Ripley for 2. Nikki keeps fighting and blocks an attack into the corner. Nikki with a big tornado DDT for a quick pin attempt. Nikki shows some frustration now but gets hyped up as they return to their feet. Ripley blocks a shot and places Nikki on the top turnbuckle. Nikki fights her off and leaps with a crossbody but Ripley catches her. Ripley with a big Northern Lights suplex for a close 2 count.

Ripley shows some frustration now, arguing with the referee. Nikki with a jawbreaker and a roll-up for 2. Ripley comes right back with a big boot to level Nikki but she hangs on. Ripley follows up with the Riptide for the pin to get the non-title win.

Winner: Rhea Ripley

After the match, Ripley stands tall in the middle of the ring as we go to replays. Nikki is recovering at ringside now as Flair taunts her. Nikki suddenly attacks Flair and beats her down for a big pop. Flair runs into the ring but Ripley floors her with a clothesline. Flair ends up regrouping at ringside as Ripley and Nikki look on from the ring. Ripley’s music starts back up.

RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. and Rhea Ripley vs. Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax

We go back to the ring and out first comes Rhea Ripley for tag team action. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and we get a new vignette from Elias. It’s daytime now as he looks at what’s left of last week’s fire he threw his guitar in. There’s now a tombstone for Elias, reading 2017-2021. He says he’s had #1 hit records and the music didn’t fail him, it just wasn’t enough. WWE stood for Walk With Elias but Elias is dead, he says. Elias walks away from the tombstone and the burnt remains of his guitar still laying on what’s left of the fire. We go back to the ring and RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. is already out with Ripley. Charlotte Flair is also out already. She introduces her partner and out comes Nia Jax to some boos.

The bell rings and Nikki yells at Jax. Jax rocks her with a strike and turns her back but Nikki attacks. Nikki ends up on Jax’s back with a Sleeper but Jax rams her back into the turnbuckles. Jax with a running Hip Attack in the corner, then she rubs her rear in Nikki’s face to boos. Jax keeps control until Flair comes back in. She levels Nikki at ringside with a big boot. Flair shows off and poses to boos as we go back to commercial.

Back from the break and Nikki finally gets the hot tag to Ripley. Ripley unloads on Flair with clotheslines. Ripley keeps Flair down and knocks Jax off the apron. Ripley yells out for a pop from the crowd. Ripley rocks Flair in the face and nails a Northern Lights suplex for a close 2 count. Flair rocks Ripley into the corner but then runs into big boots. Ripley goes to the top for a missile dropkick but Flair side-steps and she lands hard.

Jax is back on the apron now waiting for a tag. We see Shayna Baszler backstage watching the match with a deck of cards. Jax tags in and catches Ripley with a big Samoan Drop. Jax goes to the second rope for a Vader Bomb but stops to laugh and smack her own rear. Flair tags herself in by smacking Jax on the backside, and Jax isn’t happy. Flair goes on to hit Natural Selection on Ripley for the pin to win.

Winners: Charlotte Flair and Nia Jax

After the match, Flair stands tall as her music hits. She makes her exit while Jax seethes in the ring as Nikki and Ripley recover.

We get a video package on RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. defeating Charlotte Flair in last week’s non-title No Holds Barred match. Sarah Schreiber stops Rhea Ripley backstage now, asking if she’s still as confident as she was after seeing last week’s No Holds Barred match. Ripley gives Nikki some props for last week’s match but wonders if Nikki has the dark side needed to keep the title because she hasn’t seen it. Ripley says nothing will save Nikki from the beating she gives her tonight, and then at SummerSlam when she becomes the new champion. Ripley walks off.

RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. vs. Rhea Ripley

We go back to the ring and out comes Rhea Ripley to a pop. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and we see how Titus O’Neil helped the Tampa community with school supplies. Schreiber is backstage with RAW Women’s Champion Nikki A.S.H. now. She talks about how she has her spirit and her drive to help her tonight. She knew Ripley and Charlotte Flair would be hard to deal with when she began all this, but she didn’t almost beat Flair last week, she did beat her, and she’s almost sure she will beat Ripley tonight. Nikki goes on and says she will do what it takes to retain the title at SummerSlam. The music starts up and Nikki makes her way to the ring for this non-title match.

The bell rings and Nikki has her ribs taped up from last week. Ripley with offense early on. Nikki counters and takes Ripley down with a headlock. Nikki keeps control and takes Ripley down with another headlock from the corner. Ripley powers out and slams Nikki face-first into the mat.

Ripley kicks Nikki in the ribs now, sending her to the corner. Ripley with a big thrust in the corner. Ripley drops Nikki in the corner and keeps control. Ripley launches Nikki across the ring by her hair now. The referee warns Ripley about the hair as she keeps control. Ripley launches Nikki into the turnbuckles and she goes back down.

Ripley dumps Nikki out to the floor. She follows but Nikki fights her off. Nikki charges and Ripley drops her face-first into the edge of the apron. The referee counts as Ripley stands tall at ringside. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and Ripley man-handles Nikki on the mat. Ripley keeps control until Nikki finally counters mid-move and spikes Ripley into the mat with a big DDT. Nikki gets up first and rocks Ripley with forearms. Ripley counters with a sideslam attempt but it’s countered as Nikki mounts more offense. Nikki with a close 2 count. Ripley goes right back to work on the injured ribs.

Nikki counters the Riptide and falls on Ripley for a 2 count. Ripley with lefts and rights in the corner now. Ripley takes Nikki to the top and works her over. Ripley climbs up but wastes some time. Nikki blocks the superplex and knocks Ripley to the mat with a right hand. Nikki stands up on the top but Charlotte Flair appears out of nowhere, hitting the apron and shoving Nikki to the mat for the disqualification.

Winner by DQ: Nikki A.S.H.

After the bell, Flair enters the ring as the boos get louder. Flair drops Nikki and kips up. Flair then drops Ripley with Natural Selection as a dazed Ripley was trying to get up from her knees. Flair marches around the ring with the title belt in the air as the boos continue. Flair stands tall as her music starts up. She drops the strap on Nikki and makes her exit.

We see what happened with Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley brawling with crutches last week. Sarah Schreiber is backstage with Ripley now, asking about tonight’s match with Natalya and why she accepted it. Ripley says she doesn’t back down from a challenge. She then addresses Flair and calls her a drama queen. Ripley says when she beats Flair this Sunday, she’s going to give her a real reason to need crutches.

RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley vs. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Natalya

We go back to the ring for this non-title match as RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley makes her way out. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and we get a Corona-sponsored video package on the RAW Women’s Champion. We go back to the ring and out come the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions – Natalya with Tamina Snuka. The bell rings and they lock up and Ripley takes Natalya down by her arm. They tangle some more and Natalya rolls Ripley for a 2 count. Ripley counters an arm hold and goes to slam Natalya but Natalya rolls her for 2.

They run the ropes and Ripley puts the brakes on. They face off as Tamina applauds. Ripley mocks Natalya as they trade more holds and pin attempts on the mat. The reversals and pin attempts continue until Ripley levels Natalya with a headbutt. Natalya blocks the Riptide with another roll-up. Ripley blocks the Sharpshooter by kicking Natalya through the ropes to the floor.

Ripley runs around the ring and leaps with a dropkick but Natalya moves and Ripley takes Tamina down on the floor instead. Natalya follows up with a discus clothesline to level Ripley at ringside. Back to commercial with Natalya standing tall.

Back from the break and Natalya climbs up for a superplex but Ripley fights back and sends her to the mat. Ripley with a big missile dropkick. More back and forth now. Natalya runs into boots in the corner and Ripley covers for 2. Ripley with a Northern Lights suplex but still can’t get it. Ripley crawls back up but Natalya decks her, sending her head-first into the ring post.

Natalya hits some of her signature moves, but Ripley blocks the low dropkick. Ripley then applies the Prism Trap inverted Cloverleaf submission but Natalya turns it into a roll-up for 2. More back and forth now as they struggle.

Natalya finally gets the Sharpshooter locked in. Ripley struggles with it and eventually breaks free, sending Natalya into the turnbuckles to break it. Ripley then hits the Riptide in the middle of the ring for the pin to win.

Winner: Rhea Ripley

After the match, Ripley stands tall as her music hits. We go to relays. Charlotte Flair suddenly hits the ring with a chop block to take Ripley down. Fans boo as Flair keeps it going. lair applies the Figure Four, hanging off the edge of the apron to really stretch Ripley’s knee. Flair breaks it and talks trash in her face as she tries to recover. We get another replay as Flair taunts Ripley, who clutches her leg while down on the mat.

Raw Talk Recap – July 5, 2021

The Raw Women’s Champion brings her brutality to the Raw Talk set, and she says “I got to hit Charlotte with a crutch tonight, so I’m feeling chirpy.” Kevin asks if Rhea is in The head of Charlotte , and she tells him “Oh yeah, rent free! Every morning she wakes up and I’m in her head.” Kevin wonders if Rhea really believes that, and she tells him “I just said yes, bro… I just said yes.” Rhea asks Truth if he’s gonna let Kevin talk to her “like that,” and Kevin apologizes. Kevin asks what the game plan is for Money In The Bank, and Rhea questions Kevin, stating “How many times are you going to ask me this same question? I’m not going to tell you my game plan. Are you that much of an idiot?” Rhea continues explaining why she can’t answer the question, until Kevin wishes Rhea “good luck.” Rhea says “I don’t need your luck. I’m going to walk into Money In The Bank, and I’m going to defeat Charlotte Flair.” The host’s thank Rhea for stopping by, and it’s time for another break.

Monday Night Raw Results – June 21, 2021

Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce are in the ring now. They want to discuss an incident at Hell In a Cell last night. They call out RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley first. Ripley takes the mic and says she heard Deville was going to summons her. Pearce agrees with Deville and says what Ripley did last night was completely unacceptable. They talk about how champions retain via disqualification but those rules were not meant to be abused, and Rhea intentionally got herself disqualified.

Ripley goes on about how she’s seen Flair abuse the same rules, and she only did what Flair would have done in her position. Pearce says but Flair is not the champion right now. The music interrupts and out comes Flair with a mic. Flair says Pearce meant she’s not the champion… yet.

Flair isn’t mad at Ripley, she’s actually proud of her because she was kicking Rhea’s ass last night and for the first time Rhea proved she’s smart, or clever, at least. Flair says Rhea proved for the first time that she is a strategic competitor, like Flair is, but Flair is still going to destroy her. Deville says if that’s Flair’s way of asking for a rematch, she will grant it. Pearce agrees. Deville announces Flair vs. Ripley for the title at Money In the Bank. Flair stares at Ripley from the stage. Ripley smiles back at her from the ring as her music starts back up.

Hell in a Cell Results – June 20, 2021

RAW Women’s Title Match: Charlotte Flair vs. Rhea Ripley

We go back to the ring and out comes Charlotte Flair to pyro. RAW Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley is out next. Peacock cuts out for the first few minutes of the match.

The feed finally comes back up to Flair taking Ripley down from the corner. Flair delivers a Natural Selection for the pin but Flair puts her foot on the bottom rope and Ripley kicks out. Ripley counters a move and launches Flair with a big suplex. Ripley is selling a big knee injury as she struggles to get back up.

Ripley charges but Flair catches her with the backbreaker, then sends her face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Flair goes to the top turnbuckle as the feed cuts out again. Flair goes for a moonsault but lands on her feet, then hits it again as Ripley crawls out of the way. Ripley kicks out just in time. Flair continues to work on the leg now. Ripley blocks a Figure Four and rolls her for a quick 1 count. Flair with another pin attempt after an elbow strike. Flair mounts Ripley with big strikes now.

Flair keeps control and goes back to the top. Ripley jumps up and rocks her as the Peacock feed cuts out again. We finally come back on to Flair dropping Ripley and applying the Figure Four in the middle of the ring. Ripley fights but Flair tightens the hold as the referee checks on the champion. Ripley makes it to the bottom rope to break the hold.

Ripley slides out of the ring to get out of the hold, but Flair falls with her. Ripley is screaming out in pain as the referee counts. Flair approaches but Ripley yanks the top of the announce table off, smashing Flair in the face with it. The referee calls the match.

After the bell, Ripley stays on Flair at ringside as the referee tries to get her to stop. Ripley unloads as Flair rolls back in. Ripley follows but Flair tackles her and they keep brawling. The feed comes back to Flair getting sent face-first into the middle turnbuckle. Ripley slams Flair in the middle of the ring with the Riptide. Ripley goes to ringside to grab the RAW Women’s Title belt. Mike Rome announces Flair as the winner by disqualification, and Ripley still the champion as fans boo. Ripley raises her title at ringside as the music hits. Ripley heads up the ramp with the title as Flair talks trash from the ring. Ripley raises the title and yells back at her as the war of words continues. Ripley is all smiles as she raises the title on the stage now.
