Rey says he will have the best seat in the house and can’t wait to see Dominik lose the title. The music starts back up to end the segment as fans boo Dominik and Ripley.
We go back to the ring and The Judgment Day is introduced by Samantha Irvin. Priest calls on everyone to rise.
Ripley takes the mic and goes on about how The Judgment Day has been dominating, so who’s going to take them out? Priest names WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, and even Liv Morgan… so no, no one can stop The Judgment Day. Priest says if Sami and Seth show up tonight, he and Dominik will be sure to beat them again. Balor knocks Rollins for faking insanity. Balor says insanity is waking up every day for 7 years and looking at yourself, and seeing scars caused by Rollins, which remind him of a career Rollins ruined and spoiled. Balor can’t erase that but at SummerSlam he can inflict scars on Rollins, which will make him a little bit better because these will remind Rollins of when Balor beat him for the title.
Dominik goes to speak but the loud boos drown him out. He says all of The Judgment Day will have all the goodies at SummerSlam. Fans chant “you suck!” at Dominik and he yells back but they keep booing. Ripley says any idiot who wants to get in their way, take a page out of Raquel Rodriguez’s book – run, hide or learn to enjoy your time in rehab just like Owens and Liv. The music hits and out comes Rodriguez to a big pop.
Rodriguez rushes the ring as Ripley readies for a fight. They start brawling and go back & forth now. Rodriguez clotheslines Ripley to the floor and stands tall to a pop. Rodriguez follows and slams Ripley into the barrier, then spine-first into the ring post. Rodriguez continues man-handling Ripley at ringside. Dominik distracts her, allowing Ripley to take Raquel’s knee out from behind. Ripley laughs as officials rush over to check on Rodriguez. Ripley attacks the knee again, then backs off. The Judgment Day laughs at Rodriguez while officials tend to her.

Instead of “Dirty” Dom, out comes “Mami” Rhea Ripley. The WWE Women’s World Champion tells Mitchell she can talk to her. She tells her they always have a plan and tonight is no different.
She is super confident Dom-Dom is going to win and retain his title. She mentions him getting his mullet ready and closes by saying “Oh and before I forget, Mami’s always on top.”

Triple Threat for the NXT North American Title: Dominik Mysterio (C) vs. Wes Lee vs. Mustafa Ali
After a quick backstage segment, which sees Jacy Jane attack Lyra Valkyria as Rhea Ripley appears and mentions how she’s loving what she’s seeing from them, we head to the pre-match video package for our next bout of the evening.
With that said, the events leading up to tonight’s triple-threat title tilt for the NXT North American Championship between reigning and defending title-holder Dominik Mysterio, former champion Wes Lee and Mustafa Ali are shown. After it wraps up, we shoot back inside the arena.
Wes Lee’s theme hits and out he comes to the ring to a good reception from the Texas crowd. Out next is Mustafa Ali, to a decent reaction as well. Both guys wait in the ring and glare as Dominik Mysterio makes his way out for this scheduled defense of his newly won NXT North American Championship.
The bell sounds and we’re officially off-and-running with this one. “Dirty” Dom immediately scoots under the bottom rope to avoid the early fight with Lee and Ali. They head out after him but Rhea Ripley comes over and stands in front of him to protect him. He runs into the ring and sprints across, trying to slide under the bottom rope again.
This time, however, Lee and Ali each grab his feet and drag him back into the ring, where they proceed to pummel him with a two-on-one beat down as the crowd goes absolutely bonkers seeing Dom-Dom get what he has had coming to him.
With Dom-Dom down and out of the picture, Lee and Ali turn their attention to each other. They start duking it out and they head to the corner, where we see them head to the top rope together for a big high spot. Before they can execute it, however, Mysterio recovers and knocks them both off and they each crash and burn in violent fashion on the unforgiving floor at ringside.
Back in the ring, we see “Dirty” Dom taking it to Lee, hitting him with the Three Amigos suplex sequence. Lee comes in and Dom hooks him for a fourth double one to finish things off, but they end up countering on him.
Ali fires up on offense and gets Lee in a Boston Crab at the same time he has Dom-Dom in a Camel Clutch. Dom ends up biting his way out of that unfortunate spot. He has Ali and Lee both set up for a 6-1-9. The fans boo as he goes for it, but they end up countering and stopping him before he can. Ali has Dom and Lee each laying back-first hanging over the bottom rope.
He leaps off the top-rope with a 450 splash on both guys, but they each move and he crashes and burns with a nasty landing on the hard part of the ring apron. Lee goes for a splash from the ring to the floor on Dom and Ali, but Rhea Ripley hops on the ring apron to stop him. He ends up building up a head of steam and leaping over her for an insane splash. Ripley loses her cool and power bombs Lee through the commentary table at ringside.
The fans explode and react with a loud “Holy sh*t!” chant. She rolls a lifeless Lee back into the ring and Dom covers him. Lee kicks out. Ripley screams like a crazy person at ringside. She throws him the title belt, which he blasts Lee with. He goes for the cover again and again Lee kicks out and Ripley screams like a psycho.
Ali hits his 450 splash and goes for the cover, but Ripley yanks him out to the floor. Dom heads up to the top-rope and hits a follow-up frog splash and steals the pin for the win to retain. The crowd gives the finish a ton of heat.
Winner and STILL NXT North American Champion: Dominik Mysterio
After the match, Mysterio stands tall as the music hits and we go to replays. Mysterio and Ripley celebrate and back up the ramp while talking trash. Dominik says The Judgment Day is taking over WWE. Ali and Lee look on from the ring, seething and trying to recover while still down.

Dragon walks off and runs into NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio and WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. Ripley calls Dragon a wanna-be version of 2023 WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio. Lee says Rey is a hero and a legend, but he has his own story, and you know who Dragon is. Dominik says, as he said on Tuesday, he made the Mysterio name relevant, and his dad is just a hypocrite who only likes to help people that look like him, not an original like his son. Dominik walks off with Ripley as Dragon looks on, saying something about Dominik disrespecting his father.

Humberto says he’s not doing this anymore. Humberto tells Angel to wake up, then he storms off as an angry Angel kicks the wall. We go back to the ring and out comes Lyra Valkyria as Ripley and Mysterio look on.
The bell rings and Ripley takes Valkyria to the corner, then backs off. They trade moves and counters for the next several minutes now. At one point Valkyria hit a big dive, ducks a big boot an rolls Ripley up for 2.
Ripley fought back and sent Valkyria into the turnbuckles. The back & forth continued until Ripley used a Wheel-Barrow to launch Valkyria into a German suplex. Ripley dropkicks Lyra to the floor. Dominik and Ripley pose for the camera, taunting Valkyria while she’s down at ringside. Back to commercial.
